How Many sessions will I need?The number of seesions are dependant on the client however that can be explored
at your first consultation.
Will I have to do any homework?
Not homework in the true sense of the word however you could experience the fact
that you are thinking more about a particular issue and feeling the affects of these
thoughts.
What happens if I miss a session?
24 hours notice is required if you think that you will be missing a session. There are always the exception to the rule which is dealt with on a one to one basis. Unless advised
I will assume that you wish to continue with your therapy at the same time and day the following week.
How are holidays treated?
Just advise me of when your holidays will take place and we will resume when you come back.
Do I have to pay for missed appointments?
No as long as you have informed me before hand.
Is everything treated in confidence?
Every thing is treated in a safe non judgemental and confident environment.
